Our ginger puree/paste is a clean, natural puree made from ingredients naturally free of all allergens and nasties. Like all our other purees, we use 3 simple ingredients - A single Variety of Fruit, Chilli or Vegetable, Cider Vinegar & Salt. We created this product fed up with the fact that most similar purees have unwanted ingredients such as sorbates or even citric acid.
