Based on the core ingredients of a traditional Thai Sriracha (with our twist - a touch of Rwandan Scotch Bonnet), this hot sauce is an excellent all-around condiment. Drizzle over salads or spread under the cheese for cheese on toast. Add to a stir fry, create mayo dips or add to your marinades for a chilli kick. Ingredients:Grilled Red Pepper (Red Pepper) (36%), Jalapeno Chilli (28%), Cider Vinegar, Dark Brown Sugar, Granulated Sugar, Scotch Bonnet Chilli (4.5%), Garlic, Lime Juice, Salt, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Black Pepper. Storage & Use: Store in a cool, dry place. Shake well before use. Once opened, keep refrigerated. 24 months shelf life unopened from manufacture.
