A smooth medium red cooked fermented chilli sauce. Not too hot. Chicken, pork, rice, eggs, cheezy toasties. Use as a marinade or as a sauce. Allergens: Contains wheat, barley, soya. May contain sulphites. Prepared in a kitchen which handles peanuts, mustard, egg, mik and sesame.
