Made with UK-grown Aji Lemon chillies and when eating this sauce, you can feel like you’re on holiday every day of the week. Great as a marinade due to its tenderising abilities whilst adding huge flavour to any dish. Best with chicken, pork chops, steaks, sausages or veg stir fries, but it will go with anything you can think of. Even whack it on your cheese on toast. While this IS a vegan sauce (no animal products used), it’s Delicious on all the meat-you-can-eat or fish-you-can-eat dishes. A word from Mr Chimp himself: This troop member came to me when we were visiting our friends in Nerja, sitting in a Brazilian restaurant when the waiter bought pineapple to aid the digestion of all the meat we'd eaten.I asked him why he bought it out, and when he told me Pineapple has enzymes which break down protein, I said, "Right...that's my second sauce", which made this the first Pineapple chilli sauce in the U.K., which also something I'm very proud of now there are lots of them, as I do love to inspire people to play with food, as I see that food is for having fun with.
