Dorset Chilli - Punch - Craft Beer & Pineapple Sriracha Sauce

Punch is made with fresh Pineapple, 1552 Kings Amber Ale from the Remedy Oak Brewing Co, Scotch Bonnets and plenty of garlic making it a sriracha sauce like no other. The 'Punch' comes from the Dorset Naga Chilli. This sauce is fantastic on white meats, scallops, fish, cheese, (even cottage cheese), salads, roasted veg, quinoa and cous cous. Punch came 2nd in the American 2020 Scovie Awards These are now in 150MLS bottles not as per images.
