The cocoa for this tropical chocolate comes from Honduras, the small Caribbean country in Central America. 110 smallholders have joined forces to form the APACH cooperation, and they grow cocoa in the mountains of El Merendon. Fruity notes of bananas and raisins make us dream of white sandy beaches and the gentle sound of the sea.
