Tête de Moine dark chocolate origin Sao Thomé (chocolate disc)

Cylindrical chocolate disc, made of 70% cocoa dark chocolate from Sao Thome.  The piece is not cut, but instead, with the grinder, it is turned into chocolate flowers with a very fine texture that melts in the mouth, acquiring a special flavor. It works in the same way as the well-known Tête de Moine cheese.
