Dark 100% cocoa

The unconched texture of our chocolate is reminiscent of biscuit. The aromatic profile: After a very slightly acid attack, round, warm chocolate notes evoke cinnamon and fresh butter. Ingredients: Cocoa beans, cane sugar, spices (if any). No soy lecithin, no added cocoa butter, naturally gluten free, dairy free. In each case, you will find two 35g discs marked with our logo: a pretty punk monkey feasting on fresh cocoa beans.
