TOMATO MARINARA SAUCE (olives, garlic, tomato)

This tomato sauce is ready to use. The tomato, carefully selected, washed and passed through a medium grate to obtain a pulp that is not too fine, is seasoned only with our extra virgin olive oil and aromatic herbs from our gardens - all organic ingredients from our short supply chain. Recipe: Suitable as a ready-to-use seasoning for pasta, or as a base for other preparations based on fish, meat or vegetables.
