Puttanesca tomato sauce and extra virgin olive oil (280g)

Discover our puttanesca tomato sauce, typical of traditional local cuisine. The sauce is the result of a combination of natural and authentic ingredients which are prepared according to the traditional method. The tomatoes are reduced to a sauce then simmered with black and green olives, chilli pepper, capers, anchovies, a generous drizzle of olive oil and typical local herbs. This prepared sauce pairs perfectly with pasta or vegetables. These vegetables are grown and processed by two artisan brothers in the Gargano Natural Park (Puglia, Italy) - and are BRC food certified.
