Spreads - Artichoke cream with olive oil (190g)

The essential spread: our artisanal artichoke caviar in olive oil! Artichokes grown in the San Severo region (Gargano, Puglia, Italy), salt, pepper, virgin olive oil and a hint of garlic. Nothing more! These vegetables are grown and processed by two artisan brothers on their family land in the Gargano Natural Park (Puglia, Italy) - and are BRC food certified. They are harvested when ripe, at the best time of the season, to have maximum freshness and flavor. The delicacy of this cream allows it to be used in cooking, from starters to main courses. We love to combine it with our recipe: cicatelli, artichoke cream, cut artichoke hearts, peranzana olives, parmesan and a drizzle of our extra virgin olive oil.
