An artichoke cream to spread on your bruschetta or to eat with crackers. The Mirogallo brothers grow and preserve their vegetables as before: old varieties, manual processing, and quality before quantity. Traditional preservation method with only natural preservatives. 100% of their vegetables come from and are processed in their fields in Basilicata. Mirogallo is first and foremost a family story. Mirogallo was founded in 1998 by the 3 brothers Gennaro, Francesco and Massimo Mirogallo who are still at the helm today. It is also a story of peasant tradition: the Mirogallo brothers grow and preserve their own vegetables as before: research into old varieties, manual processing, and quality before quantity. The Mirogallo brothers are convinced that a carefully grown and harvested vegetable is the starting point for taste and quality. At home, the vegetables are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. Their preservation method is a traditional method with natural preservatives (such as salt or vinegar) as the only preservatives. Tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, zucchini and even onions no longer hold any secrets for these 3 brothers who have developed a processing method (always natural!)specific to each of these vegetables. Thanks to the laboratory located a few meters from the fields, traceability is at its peak since 100% of what is contained in a Mirogallo pot comes from and processed in the Mirogallo fields.
