Discover our tomato sauce cooked with mushrooms and sausage, typical of traditional local cuisine. The sauce is the result of a combination of natural and authentic ingredients, carefully cultivated in the lands of Gargano (Puglia, Italy) then harvested and prepared according to the traditional method. The tomatoes are reduced to a sauce then simmered with oyster mushrooms, traditional sausage, a generous drizzle of olive oil and typical local herbs. This prepared sauce pairs perfectly with pasta or vegetables. These vegetables are grown and processed by two artisan brothers in the Gargano Natural Park (Puglia, Italy) - and are BRC food certified.
