Discover our bomba pugliese, a real taste bomb typical of the Puglia region! Slightly spicy, this mix of eggplant, red carrots, peppers and chili peppers is a best-seller when it comes to antipasti! It is used as a spread, but also as a condiment: personally, we love adding it to our tomato sauces! It also works very well with fried eggs or as a base for your sandwiches and focaccia. These vegetables are grown and processed by two artisan brothers on their family land in the Gargano Natural Park (Puglia, Italy) - a major agricultural territory in the Alto Tavoliere agricultural zone - and are BRC food certified.
