Spreads - Sun-dried tomato cream with olive oil (190g)

Our sunny antipasti: sun-dried tomato cream in olive oil. This sundried tomato cream is made with tomatoes from Puglia, garlic, oregano, parsley and virgin olive oil, nothing more! This vegetable cream is used as an antipasto, as a sauce or as a sandwich base. This dried tomato caviar is made from fleshy and tasty tomatoes from the Puglia region. Once ripe, they are harvested and then dried in the old-fashioned way, simply in the sun. Once dried, they are blended with olive oil, which rehydrates them and gives them an intense flavor. These vegetables are grown and processed by two artisan brothers on their family land in the Gargano Natural Park (Puglia, Italy) - and are BRC food certified.
