This tomato cream is prepared only with ripe San Severo tomatoes, garlic, oregano, parsley and virgin olive oil, without additives or preservatives. The tomatoes are semi-candied and caramelized for a fruity and authentic taste, perfect for enhancing your dishes. These vegetables are grown and processed by two artisan brothers on their family land in the Gargano Natural Park (Puglia, Italy) - and are BRC food certified. This baked tomato cream can be used in antipasti, tomato sauces, pasta and pairs perfectly with melted scamorza cheese.
