Organic yellow datterino tomato puree (446ml)

An organic yellow tomato puree made from small Datterino tomatoes, with a very mild, almost sweet flavor. They are harvested by hand during the summer months according to the best traditions, on strictly organic agricultural land and part of the ARMONICOLTURA® project of San Paolo di Civitate in the Gargano Natural Park. Ideal for recipes with delicate flavors such as sauces and creams, and excellent for fish-based recipes.
