We originally developed the “curry kernels” as tasting goods so that our great curry powder could be experienced at events. Due to the constantly recurring requests for a finished snack product, we have now decided to produce it for you. The kernels go best with a delicious wine or a craft beer. However, they can also be used to refine salads and other dishes. The kernels are handcrafted by us in the foodlab Hamburg. They are roasted at 140°C for about 15 minutes, then coated with a mixture of water, curry powder and salt and then roasted again for 15 minutes to completely evaporate the water. NOTE: The cores are also very easy to make yourself in the oven, you only need one of our curries.
