SAIBAL CURRY - ORGANIC 01

Saibal developed this recipe with a total of eight ingredients when he had to cook for himself for a few years. He was working in another state at the time and his family stayed in Kolkata. Today he uses this mixture to cook for the children who live at the facility he now works for.
