Earl Grey, Bergamot and cornflower blossom black tea - 1kg

Earl Gray gets its distinctive aroma from the oil extracted from the peel of bergamot, a citrus fruit similar to lemon. Assam black tea (India) is impregnated with it, which gives it this tangy and refreshing taste. It takes its name from British Prime Minister Charles Grey. But why ? There are several legends about it. He would have brought back the recipe from a trip. He would have received a package containing tea and bergamot, and in transport the flavors would have mixed. He would have dropped a piece of bergamot in his tea... We will never know!
