The Balade en Chartreuse infusion is one of those mountain herbal teas Escaped from the Grimoire… It is made up of medicinal plants such as those found in the digestive recipes concocted by the people of Chartreuse. We can therefore say that "IT'S A WHOLE MASSIF THAT INFUSES"! On the palate, the fresh attack reveals aromas of almost lemony mint enhanced by a slightly resinous flavor. The ride continues with more vegetal aromas and ends with gently lingering liquorice, supported by a few notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. A greedy impression of sweetness conferred by liquorice pleasantly coats the palate at the end of the mouth, then gives way to a slight bitterness. Main plants: Peppermint, Angelica, Hyssop, Melissa, Liquorice, Cinnamon, Mallow, Nutmeg, Pine Bud & Vulnerary
