Our cases are made up of puff pastry domes and praline squares. The domes are chocolates filled with pralines and 36% dark 72% milk chocolate filling, then coated with various chocolates (dark, milk, blond & Ruby): Dark 72% with almonds, milk 36% with hazelnuts, blond with Pecan nuts, Ruby in Gianduja. The squares, on the other hand, are puff pastry filled chocolates covered with dark or milk chocolate: hazelnut, pistachio, salted butter caramel, red fruits. These chocolate specialties are recognized, in particular the range of puff pastry pralines with which we have won several awards (1st and second prize at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris, One Star at the Great Taste Awards in London, Bronze Medal at the French International Chocolate Awards 2019). We adhere to the "Cocoa Horizon" foundation, whose chocolates of various origins are made from raw materials from social and eco-responsible production subsidiaries.
