Dark chocolate PRALINE A L'ANCIENNE - 75% PERU

Let yourself be tempted by this chocolate bar filled with an almond hazelnut praline paste. We make this praline by roasting and caramelizing these dried fruits then we lightly grind this mass between granite rollers to obtain a paste which still contains small pieces of hazelnut so that it crisps to the bite. Ingredients: cocoa bean*(Peru), blond cane sugar*(1), almonds*, hazelnuts* *ingredient from organic farming (1) fair trade ingredient Our tablets are all packaged in a biodegradable and compostable bag in household compost. The cardboard that protects it was printed in Brittany with vegetable inks!
