Lavender Apricot Jam

Confiture Parisienne has created a brand new range of jams: “Les Duos”. Recipes composed of two “flavors”: a fruit and a spice like “Pink Grapefruit and Flowery Tea”, or a fruit and a flower like “Violet Raspberry” or “Apricot Lavender”, and why not also two fruits like “Orange Kumquat", "Raspberry Litchi" or "Strawberry Rhubarb". Recipes that will make you (re)discover basics but with that little extra “trick”. And still for this collection, much more fruit than sugar (we are actually preparing fruit), unrefined cane sugar, cooking in small quantities carried out in our laboratory in the heart of Paris.
