The ‘zing’ of the cherries cut through the darkness of the Peruvian cacao in a tantalising way. Expertly blended, using cherries and spices, with no refined sugars, soya or gluten. The cherries are sundried in Uzbekistan and are full of a sour, tangy flavour, off-setting perfectly the richness of our chocolate.
