Geranium confit. As soon as it opens, travel through the Geranium fields in Reunion. A very floral smell with a fairly pronounced taste. This confit is quite liquid, you can use it like honey. In yogurt, tea, on toast etc... Tip: Put some on foie gras and you'll find yourself in a flip-flop in the southwest of France.
