Espelette pepper crackers made from brewer's grains

5 different flavors, but only one idea: use brewer’s spent grains to create delicious biscuits! In collaboration with breweries in Hauts de France, we collect spent grain which is recycled and cooked with love to make good crackers 😋 These aperitif delicacies can be eaten alone, accompanied by a spread or with a good cheese, any occasion is good to enjoy them. Five flavors are to be discovered: golden sesame, rosemary, tomato oregano, Espelette pepper and onion. Nothing is lost, everything is transformed !! DLUO 12 months
