Our small chocolate chip shuttles are both light and crispy. They are made in our biscuit factory in Frontignan (Hérault). This "mini" version of our traditional shuttles is perfect in case of a little hunger or to accompany your coffee / tea at the end of the meal. Originally from Marseille, the shuttle is a Provençal specialty which has the shape of a small boat. La Cure Gourmande has created its own recipe for this small dry biscuit while retaining the authenticity of its flavor. Our packets of biscuits are at very low prices and can be slipped into your bag or your child's schoolbag for a snack. You can find our other flavors of small shuttles: almond and cinnamon. Remember to store them in a dry place, preferably in an airtight box to guarantee freshness and crispness for as long as possible (up to 3 weeks after opening the bag). Our small shuttles are also available in large sizes in bulk in our stores only.
