Organic mayonnaise

Our mayonnaise still tastes like it was homemade: hearty, fresh and creamy with the finest nuances of southern Italian lemons. We only use eggs from happy, free-range chickens and the purest sunflower oil in our mayonnaise. Its acidity comes from the fragrant juice of lemons ripening on the mountainsides above the Amalfi Coast, complemented by our own Dijon mustard, based on a 13th-century recipe. The Great Taste Award 2020 judges found our mayonnaise to be "luxurious with a zesty yet fresh taste and a hint of acidity that keeps it from being too rich. With so few ingredients, there's nothing to hide; it's really good did."
