After years of collecting fruit, more than juice and schnapps should remain in the winter. This is how the first D' GIN becomes characteristic of the region. Honest, straight forward and sometimes a little reserved. Said Swabian orchard and other Swabian and regional botanicals give it its main note. ORIGIN D' GIN 500ml contains fruit and ingredients (botanicals) from the old Swabian orchards, which transfer the old values of fruit growing and the age of distillers into the modern age. The essence is formed from fruit, herbs and spices from the foot of the Swabian Jura. The distillation in the copper kettle is carried out by the regional distiller, who goes back to the decades-old distilling tradition of the grandparents and great-grandparents. DETAILS This gin is made with 12 botanicals (ingredients), more than 8 of which come from fields, orchards and forests of the Swabian Jura. What we cannot find and plant ourselves, we obtain from regional producers. The remaining 4 botanicals are of the highest regional quality and of sustainable origin.
