Fermentation at 22 ºC degrees of temperature with programmed pumping over. BREEDING 3 months in new French oak barrels (Allier) of 300 liters. The rest in the bottle. VISUAL Dark red color of ripe cherry with light rims of high layer, with silky sensations in the mouth. OLFACTIVE Red fruits well assembled with the aromas acquired during the aging process provided by the wood: balsamic notes such as vanilla, nuts and roasted notes with toasted aromas. TASTE Balanced and complex. Exact concentration of well assembled fruit, soft and permanent tannins. A long and glyceric breadth. PAIRING It can accompany stews and red meats, roast pork and lamb. All kinds of cheeses and sausages, vegetable grills. It is appropriate to drink by the glass.
