Preparation based on chestnut honey harvested in Périgord and raw cocoa from Ecuador.       Fruity, tangy, vegetal, unroasted cocoa beans reveal their natural flavors. 
For balance, we have selected a chestnut honey which brings depth and a little bitterness. 
A complex and delicious spread that offers another approach to cocoa.
 For raw cocoa, we collaborate with Terre de Fèves, an organic bean-to-bar chocolate factory in Vannes.
 Artisanal production in Vendée, France.
