Made from 100 % Chardonnay grapes handpicked in Côte Chalonnaise. Traditionally fermented in oak barrels for 12 months. Aromas of acacia, mayflower, honeysuckle, bramble flowers, lemon-balm and gun flint. Fresh in the mouth, young at heart, alluring and rich in spicy back-flavours. Its refinement fits its well-built structure perfectly. Great with any foods of aromatic intensity.
