These authentic dried Chipotle (Morita) peppers are jalapeno's that have been traditionally dried and smoked in Mexico with local wood. This gives these dried chiles their authentic taste. They give meals a delicious depth and smokey flavor. Easy to grind or simply add a whole pepper to a stew for example. 1 kilo of Chipotle contains approximately 300 chillies.
