Osietra Caviar Classic (30g)

The Osietra Classic is typical of its kind and has a grain size of around 2.2 mm. In terms of taste, the Osietra caviar lies between a beluga, which can be described as mild, and the rather powerful and spicy-tasting Baerii, which is sold here as caviar from the Siberian sturgeon. We also offer a slightly higher quality Osietra variety, which you can purchase from us as Osietra Caviar Prestige. In terms of taste, the Prestige is a bit milder and has a grain that is larger at around 2.5 mm.
