Brown (red craft beer with pleasant hints of chocolate and liquorice) Low fermentation dark beer of Anglo-Baltic inspiration. Beer placed 1st at the EXPORIVA HOTEL in "Solo Birra 2019" - Dunkel Category Light brown color with red highlights and dense, creamy hazelnut colored foam. Well balanced between sweet and bitter. It has strong references to cocoa beans, with a malty character that hides its alcohol content very well. TEMPERATURE Serve at 6/8° C GRADATION 7% vol. COMBINATION It pairs very well with game, roast beef and tasty cheeses and chocolate desserts. Try it with salmon penne.
