Alt-bier (amber craft beer with the addition of boiled orange peels) German-inspired top-fermented amber beer. Balanced alcohol content, deep amber colour, clear and full-bodied foam, the taste recalls the caramelized and biscuity hints given by the Vienna malt and the citrus ones data from the use of boiling orange peels. Moderate use of European hops makes the beer easy to drink. TEMPERATURE Serve at 6/8° C GRADATION 5% vol. COMBINATION Perfect with roast, lamb and pizza. Excellent pairing with fagiolata.
