To fully appreciate it, we recommend the traditional method: In a glass containing 1 dose of Absinthe, place a sugar on an Absinthe spoon and run 2 to 4 doses of fresh water drop by drop on your sugar. On contact with water, Absinthe Rouge becomes slightly cloudy to reveal radiant reflections.
