A rigorous selection of red fruits is at the origin of this fruit cream: blackcurrant, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry. A whole panel of infused fruits whose flavors are revealed as you taste them. It is after four months of maceration that the infusion is ready. The fruits will then undergo only a light press. This cream is to be consumed plain, as an aperitif accompanied by a bubble or on an ice cream, as a coulis. Because of its concentration, it can be consumed plain, with bubbles or as a coulis.
