Sister Isles Vermut Cask

The Sister Isles Vermuth Cask is distilled from British West Indies molasses and benefits from triple aging. After distillation, the rum will be aged in the British West Indies for over 6 years in French and American oak barrels. Then 2 to 4 years of additional aging in red wine barrels from the Ribera del Duero. Finally, it will benefit from a 6-month finish in Vermuth casks. Notes of bitter almond, nice influence of Vermut. Final on notes of vanilla and fruits hulled. Bottled at 45% vol. With a sugar level of 6g/L.
