Gin 'Normandie Dry'

Our gin is not what you imagine… A refined choice of botanicals slowly distilled in our column still made in France.   Our artisanal creations will take you off the beaten track.    The eye Immaculate clear color which displays beautiful, promising tears.    The nose Intense vegetal, floral and spicy aroma first - juniper berry combines with cardamom, coriander and pepper - before venturing into a Norman orchard to bite into a white-fleshed fruit.    The mouth Slightly sweet flavor although no sugar was added after distillation, without bitterness or acidity.   Beautiful power and roundness on the palate, with a soft veil which lines the palate thanks to distillation in a French haute couture still.   The skeleton of the gin is there: the juniper berry plays the common thread of this recipe, the cardamom rounds and softens while the coriander adds depth.   A very fine pepper gives a nice length.   At the end of the palate, we find notes of Norman fruits cooked and stewed in red wine.    Tasting advice: Alone in ice cream or with a simple, slightly sweet tonic. 43° / 70cl ARTISANAL
