Tasting Notes: Stauffenberg (London) DRY GIN Nose: The first impression of the aroma is fruity. Orange, lemon and ginger are in the foreground. Spicy aspects of juniper, clove and cardamom underline the impression, married with the floral aromas of lavender and lemon balm. Palate The palate is initially dominated by spices, especially cloves and coriander, while the long finish is again clearly carried by citrus aromas and lavender. Finish: What's truly special about this gin is its great aromatic complexity – all the botanicals used are equally present, resulting in a unique gin experience.
