Rudolfina liqueur

was created by crossing the Moro Orange with a Clementine, a research work by the University of Catania - the Blood Clementine is a unique hybrid. The fruit is only grown on the San Giorgio estate in Sicily and its name is taken from the owner's first name. The taste of the Moro combines with the fruity sweetness of the Clementine to create a unique liqueur.
