Mandatario Ron XO

Mandatario Ron XO is a rum from Peru made from molasses and sugar cane honey. After partial fermentation, distillation is carried out in a Charentais still, which is unique in South America. The rum then ages in Lima in cognac barrels between 6 and 24 years (and on average 12 years – 10% of the blend is 24 years old). Before bottling, a finish is carried out in barrels of Grand Marnier.
