PRESENTATION BARSOL Pisco is produced in Bodega San Isidro. All the grapes used for BARSOL Pisco are grown in exclusive premises located around the Bodega. La Bodega can draw on nearly 100 years of experience in producing high quality pisco. TASTING NOTES Due to its superb quality, BARSOL Acholado has received numerous awards in multiple competitions in Peru and around the world. It is a pisco of great harmony, balanced and brilliant. On the nose, it presents an aroma of ripe fruit with light floral notes that intensify on the palate and are complemented by hints of spices and pecans. It ends with a sweet and delicate finish.
