BM Signature - Single Malt Whiskey 12 years

This whiskey is the result of a careful blend of different quality whiskeys worthy of Bruno Mangin's products. 
These whiskeys were aged in 228L barrels, one containing Jura wine, the other containing vin de paille, vin jaune and finally macvin.   It is a pure malt that will surprise you with its complexity and power.   The whole has been aged for 12 years to embellish the characteristic notes of the product. 
It is a whiskey with great strength of character.   These products maintain unchanged quality over time, carefully preserving the quality of the BM Signature distillery. 
No filtration or refrigeration to keep the very essence of the single malt. 
In the interest of exceptional know-how, BM Signature maintains its usual practices for the production of this spirit aged for 12 years.
 Tasting notes This unpeated whiskey offers a characteristic and intriguing nose upon opening the bottle, mixing the flavors of the different blended whiskeys. 
Notes of crème brûlée of great intensity accompanied by sweet notes of caramel on a bed of coconut.   The mouth is succulent, we find the 3 tactile sensations, the covering thanks to its creaminess, the warming which stimulates and demonstrates its power and finally the spiciness which combines freshness and liveliness with slightly fruity and woody aromas. 70cl - 42%
