Made from a blend of rums from British Guiana, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago, the “Caribbean” blend is full of aromas. The rums are aged in Bourbon barrels for 3 to 5 years in the Caribbean, are then imported to Europe and carefully tasted to form part of the final blend. Nose with fruity and spicy notes at the same time, all in purity and aromatic elegance, virgin of addition. On the palate, the first aromas of sugar cane juice, fresh and heady at the same time. Then notes of exotic fruits and rum pancakes. Finally, spices, cloves, cedar, candied bitter orange; a touch of leather and pineapple are also present. Fresh finish on clove, ginger and liquorice.
