Its unique production is based on an avant-garde technique of reintegrating aromas at the end of dealcoholization, giving this wine a distinctive personality. A harmonious tasting with distinct aromas of white fruits, pear, blackcurrant, cherry blossom, wild nettle, vanilla, fresh wood and hints of coffee. A delicate experience that subtly combines the freshness of fruit and the complexity of woody notes.
