Organic Olive Oil - Fruity Green - Cuvée OR 2021

Our ORGANIC olive oil has been awarded at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2022 the Gold Medal! Fruity Green because our Olives are still green, at the end of October, when we harvest them by hand, with nets placed on the ground and the use of small combs with articulated fingers. The olives are brought to the mill each evening, which "grinds" them within 24 hours of their harvest. Our olive trees, of the Aglandau variety at 95%, were planted in the 90s on different plots, surrounded by trees, exposed North, South or West; the 6 hectares of the Olive Grove have been grown organically from the outset, without irrigation: simply nature. Our Green Fruity will delight lovers of oil with a beautiful liveliness and peppery notes on the finish.
