With good persistence on the finish, we can already imagine it with seafood. 

Nice wine.” The Cuvée Didascalie offers a fresh and lively balance between the suppleness of Ugni blanc - from vines almost 50 years old - and the freshness of the Roll with citrus notes.   This blend of Ugni Blanc and Vermentino, vinified mainly in stainless steel vats, offers a nice balance between freshness and complexity, with notes of white flowers and a long finish.   Harvested by hand in the morning to take advantage of the coolness of the night, the grapes are destemmed, pressed and placed in vats. 

Co-fermentation vinification.   Enjoy this wine with grilled fish, spring vegetables or goat cheese.
